Ingredients:

  • 1 tea glass of İpek Fine Bulgur
  • 1 dried onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation:

Finely chop the onion and put half of it in a pot. Add a little olive oil and fry over high heat. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. When the onions turn pink, add the tomatoes. When it boils, add some salt, black pepper, and red pepper powder. Leave to cook. When the tomatoes have absorbed the water, add 4 cups of hot water and tomato paste and mix. Cover the pot and bring it to a boil. When the dish is boiling, add the fine bulgur and mix. Add olive oil, red pepper powder, and black pepper powder in a pan. Let it sit for a few seconds, turn off the heat, and add it to the dish. Bon appétit!
