Ingredients:

  • 2 cups İpek  Extra Coarse Bulgur
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 cup diced chicken
  • 2-3 green peppers
  • 1-2 red peppers
  • Half a zucchini (optional)
  • 6-7 sprigs of parsley
  • Chili pepper
  • Salt

Preparation:

Roast the onion and tomato paste. Roast the diced chicken for 2-3 minutes, add salt and red pepper flakes, and add enough water to cover it slightly and let it cook. Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients. First, peel the zucchini, cut it into small cubes, and add it to the chicken to cook well. Dice the green and red pepper. Add the peppers to the cooked chicken and mix. Add the bulgur, mix well, add the finely chopped parsley, add the water, and cook over low heat. You can also serve it warm. Bon Appetit!
