Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Medium Coarse Bulgur With Vermicelli
  • 4 cups hot water
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chili pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation:

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add bulgur and cook until fragrant. Add crushed garlic and chili. Pour in hot water and cook until absorbed. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Bon Appetit!
