Ingredients:

  • 3-4 onions
  • 2 cups İpek coarse bulgur
  • About 1 cup of hot water
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
  • Black Pepper
  • Chili pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Mint
  • Salt

Preparation:

Pass the onions by hand or through a machine as you wish. Fry the chopped onions in olive oil until they turn pink. Add the bulgur and continue roasting. Add the tomato paste and spices and finally add the water. After the water extraction process is over, leave it to rest. After resting, wrap them.
