Ingredients:

  • ½ cup lentils
  • 2 cups fine bulgur
  • 4 onions
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 handfuls coriander

Preparation:

Boil lentils, then add bulgur and let it rest for 30 minutes. Fry onions with tomato paste, then add to the mixture. Knead with spices and chopped parsley. Shape into small meatballs. Serve on lettuce or arugula. Bon Appetit!
