Ingredients:

  • 1 water glass of İpek Peeled Wheat
  • 10 tablespoons of yogurt
  • Fresh mint
  • Water

Preparation:

Wash the wheat, add enough water to cover it by 3 fingers, and boil it in the pressure cooker. Add some boiling water to the softened wheat according to its density. It should be a thick consistency. Then dilute the yogurt and whisk it. Mix it into the cooled wheat and blend well. Add ice and divide into bowls. Optionally sprinkle fresh mint or parsley on top and serve. Bon appetit!
