Ingredients:

  • Half a kilo of large mushrooms
  • 1 cup İpek Medium Coarse Bulgur
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 onion
  • 75 g margarine
  • Half a glass of water

Preparation:

Chop the onions and melt the margarine and let the onions roast. Then add the garlic and bulgur, adding a little water and wait for it to cook. Remove from the stove when the bulgur is cooked. Take out the insides of your mushrooms and put them in the oven and wait for them to cook. After cooking, put the mixture you prepared in them and serve hot. Bon Appetit!
