Ingredients:

- 1 cup hot water
- Half a glass of flour
- 1 pack of dry yeast
- Half a tea glass of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
First, soak the bulgur with hot water and let it soften. Then, add oil to the softened bulgur, followed by flour, salt, and yeast, and knead into a nice dough. Leave it to ferment. The dough may not rise much during fermentation, but it rises well while baking. Bake in a 180-degree oven. Bon Appetit!
