Ingredients:

  • 2 cups İpek coarse pilaf bulgur
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 green peppers
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 5-6 dried tomatoes
  • 4 cups water (+ 1 tea glass water)

Preparation:

Fry the sliced onions in butter well (you can chop them for cooking if you wish, but chopping them into small pieces suits this pilaf very well). Add the small chopped green peppers and continue roasting. Chop the dried tomatoes and add them. Then add the tomato paste and fry well. Add one tea glass of water and close the lid. The purpose of adding water here is to soften the dried tomatoes. After a few minutes, add the bulgur on the tomatoes that lose their hardness and fry for a while. Then add 4 cups of water, add salt, and cook until it absorbs water and thickens. Bon Appetit!
