Ingredients:

  • 5-6 pickled cucumbers
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 1 cup red cabbage
  • About 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 lemon

Preparation:

After washing the bulgur, put it in a pot, add the turnip juice, and cook it. Then finely chop the parsley, dill, red cabbage, and pickles. We definitely do not use salt.
